Smoking can cause aging and it makes your skin older and prone to wrinkles and lines. Smoking depletes the skin nutrients and oxygen that are really important to skin care. It is better to stop smoking to avoid some skin problems.
3. Gently treat your skin
Your skin may toll on in daily shaving and cleansing. You can limit your bath time, too much bathing will cause your skin to remove all oil in it that may cause dry skin. Avoid strong soaps, you must use gentle and mild ones. When you are shaving, apply some shaving cream on your skin to avoid any injuries. After a refreshing bath pat dry your skin, don’t rub it forcefully only pat it gently. Then you can apply some moisturizer on your skin, that moisturizer should fit on your skin types.
4. Stress management
Stress when uncontrolled trigger skin breakouts including acne and other skin problems and also it gives more sensitivity to skin. Manage your stress to gain healthy skin and mind also. Set measurable limits to self, take back your to- do list and enjoy what are you planning to do before. These steps might help you to control your state of mind and the result will be too much dramatic as you expected it to be.
5. Be healthy always, eat a balanced diet. It will help you feel and look best. Eat a plenty of fruits, vegetables and of course always drink a plenty of water. Eat foods that are rich in vitamin C and those with healthy fats. This will make your skin looks younger according to some research.
